Hester qualified as a dental nurse in 2018, joining the Perfect 32 family in early 2019. Shortly after joining, Hester was awarded the role of the lead cross infection . Since then she has enjoyed working with all the dentists at Perfect 32 including the endodontic specialist, implant specialist and seeing patients for digital scans for orthodontic and restorative purposes. Hester set up the “Flexible commissioning pathway” which is a program that aims to reduce tooth decay in children and adults through oral hygiene and diet advice. Hester’s most recent role, Head Dental Nurse-  involves coordinating the nurses day to day and providing a pathway of communication between the nurses and dentists, management and other external companies such as suppliers, engineers and laboratories. Hester feels that she has found a great practice at Perfect 32 which can challenge her abilities and encourage progression within her role.

In her spare time she enjoys walking my 12 year old Cocker Spaniel by the sea where she lives with my daughter and husband.She also enjoys baking cakes from much loved recipes and trying new creations out on my friends and family. She enjoys keeping fit by running in my local area in any spare time she can manage to muster!
